• Machine will be inspected on premises. Evaluation and estimate is presented to owner for approval.
• Broken parts will be ordered for next day delivery providing availability from stock and time of order. Parts are then replaced, set and aligned to factory settings.
• If parts are unavailable and on back order, return trip may be required.
• Machine functions are tested and confirmed operational.
• Service is charged on an hourly rate for all labor in addition to travel rate plus expenses.
• No warranty applies.
• Limited number of new parts for BA Series may be obsolete and unavailable. In this case certified used parts may be necessary.

For more extensive maintenance needs, our Level 2 Off-Site Extensive Maintenance Reconditioning service provides a comprehensive service to recondition palamides BA or delta se equipment to peak working condition. This can include refurbishing worn parts, replacing damaged components and ensuring that equipment is operating efficiently.

• Machine is disassembled down to main frame, cleaned and carriage will stay together. All exterior covers powder coated paint.
• All parts are inspected and if in good condition are reinstalled, broken or worn parts from normal wear and tear are exchange for new, set and aligned to factory settings.
• Any main components, shafts, pneumatic cylinders, controllers are inspected and are not included if replacement is necessary.
• Any electrical repairs, replacement of electrical components, replacement of pressing rollers or motors is not included and will be advised.
• Three-months parts warranty.

Level 3 Off-Site Full Refurbishment service is only for the delta series. This service includes a complete overhaul of equipment, bringing it back to like-new condition. This service is ideal for those who need a complete refresh of their equipment to extend the lifespan of their investment.

• Machine is totally disassembled, all frames/side covers are powder coated repaint with new decals.
• All shafting is black oxidized, new bearings, air lines, drive belts, flat belts, round belts, cutting and heating heads, steel tipped pressing bars and plastic guarding.
• New main drive motor for elevating table, new pneumatic cylinders and air lines for cutting and welding heads. Pressing rollers cleaned and inspected.
• All main components inspected and cleaned. Will be advised after inspection if any additional repairs not covered under refurbishment are needed.
• Any electrical repairs, replacement of electrical components or replacement of pressing rollers is not included and will be advised.
• All new parts installed on full refurbishment Meg-Ohm certification to OSHA electrical safety standards. Existing motors are utilized, tested and certified.
• Latest software and electrical safety installed.
• Machine is tested with folded material and eight-hour cycle testing.
• Includes six-month parts warranty.
